Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it. It covers both our clients and the customers of our clients whose information passes through the services we run.
Information we collect
- From prospective clients: the business name, contact name, email, phone number, trade and service area you give us when you request an audit or contact us.
- From clients: business details needed to deliver the services, including legal business name, address, EIN where required for carrier registration, license numbers, service lists, photos and video footage you send us, and access to accounts you grant us.
- Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store full card or bank account numbers.
- From our clients' customers: name, phone number and the content of messages, where those customers contacted our client or did business with them. We process this only to deliver the services our client hired us for.
How we use it
We use information to deliver and support the services, to communicate with you, to register messaging campaigns with carriers as required, to bill you, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not rent or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us deliver the work, and only as needed. These typically include our payment processor (Stripe), the messaging and automation platform used to send review requests and missed-call texts, Google, and the social platforms where approved content is published. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Information belonging to one client is never shared with, or used for, another client.
Text messages
Messages sent on a client's behalf go only to that client's own customers and prospects, who contacted the client or did business with them, with the consent required by law. Every automated message includes a way to opt out, and opt-out requests are honored automatically and permanently. Message and data rates may apply to recipients.
If you received a text from a business we work with and want to stop receiving them, reply STOP to that message. You may also contact us at the address below and we will make sure the number is removed.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and name the provider.
How long we keep information
We keep client business records for as long as you are a client and afterward as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Customer contact data processed on a client's behalf is retained only as long as needed to deliver the service, and we return or delete it at the client's request when our work together ends.
Security
We use reputable providers, limit access to what is needed to do the work, and protect accounts with strong authentication. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep. Email the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
